PROJECT CHALLENGE
Develop and find the optimal complementary trade concept and actors to counter trade leakage to neighboring regional cities. Make purchasing power remain in Falköping municipality by positively influencing trade in the city center.
OUR ROLE
Initiator to establishing new retail actors to the city center. Concept development, architectural assistance and working closely with the establishment director for Falköping municipal and the municipal housing company to implement concepts and tenant negotiations. Completed project.
