PROJECT CHALLENGE
Concentrate and revitalize city center with the opening of new shopping center. Trade leakage to neighboring town and lack of infrastructure in the city center must be eliminated.

Business and concept development. Architectural and layout support, tenant mix and rental, lease negotiations. Project completed.
