PROJECT CHALLENGE
Establish new shopping center with new market leader tenants. On a limited market with large trade effluent establish the optimal concept, tenant and brand mix.
OUR ROLE
Commercial project management from concept to operational shopping center including everything from business plan, concept development, architectural support, tenant and brand mix, leasing, contract negotiations, brand platform, marketing strategy, organizational and management support. Project completed.
